As soon as you complete your sign-up with our referral link, you receive your referral bonus. If you have signed-up via manually entering your referral code, you will instantly get the referral bonus after verification of the code.
Yes, you must agree to all terms of service and privacy policy to sign-up.
A new user must agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy laid down by MPL. These lay the boundaries, rules and conditions within which a user can play and earn money on MPL.
No, only people who are above 18 years of age with a sound mind are allowed to play on MPL.

The age-related criteria is to determine the eligibility of a new player. You will be eligible to join and can sign-up only if you are above 18 years of age.

The app auto-detects your phone number associated with your Google account on the phone. You will have the option to continue with the number auto-detected or enter a new number. If you don’t want to sign up with the auto-detected number, you can enter the right phone number in the field “Login with Your Mobile Number”.

Go To Wallet >> Go To Profile >> Edit >> Change Photo. You can either Open a Camera, Click a Selfie and upload it or you can choose your favorite picture from the Gallery.
Skipping the username section won't affect your sign-up bonus. However, we suggest you fill it as it helps in completing your profile information.

All SMS from MPL are sent via the MPLSMS template. You can search for it with the name and you will find it easily.
Since your account is linked to your phone number, you can have only one account on MPL.
No. While you can login/access your account from a different device, you can’t be logged into your account from multiple devices at the same time. In case you try to login from a new device, you will be logged out from the previous one.
It’s not possible to delete one’s account since it’s linked to the user’s phone number. For further issues related to account deletion, please reach out to the MPL customer support via chat/call by selecting the category “others”.
You can raise an unblock request on the login screen that your account is blocked. It will take us a minimum of 48 hours to process the request and send you an update.
In some cases, it can take our team longer to vet the issue. You will receive an SMS with an update when we do.
Your request was escalated and checked by our internal team. They found fraudulent activity associated with the account and hence the request to unblock was declined. Unfortunately, there is no way to unlock your account post this escalation.
Accounts suspicious of fraudulent activity are blocked from the system. MPL strives to ensure fair gameplay for all its users and hence blocking such fraudulent activity is of prime importance.
If you are trying to login from any country apart from India and Indonesia, the phone number without the valid pin code won't be picked up and you won’t be able to login.
You can share the app link with all your friends and connections on social media. You can share via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Sharechat, Gmail and SMS.
You get Rs 75 bonus cash each time your friends sign-up on MPL. You also get 30 per cent of your friend’s deposit amount(up to Rs 30 bonus cash) when your friend deposits on MPL for the very first time.

You may have downloaded our app from Google Play, hence you only have access to token tournaments. Please go to www.mpl.live and download the pro app for playing all cash tournaments.
