Payments FAQ

You can deposit money on MPL using any of the Modes present on the checkout page. The modes include , UPI, Paytm , Amazon Pay , Credit Cards , Debit Cards, Net-banking of 50+ banks.
You can apply for a Coupon on the add money page , alternatively if you have gathered a coupon on a third party website, you can enter the coupon code and click on apply.
If the coupon has already expired , you may not be able to apply the coupon code.
Your cashback will be credited to your bonus coins account if you have applied for a coupon before depositing money .
You can check your transaction history on the wallet page, by clicking on the Bonus Coins button on the top menu .
We have included many modes on the checkout page. If you are trying for net banking , you can check that by clicking on the banks list. If your bank is missing from the list, please let us know and we will add your bank.
There may have been a technical issue at your bank end due to which this happened. If we receive the money we will credit it to your MPL account. If we do not receive the money the same will be refunded to your bank account by your bank in 7-10 working days.
We do not refund the users unless there is a technical issue on our end, Please read about it in our T&C
Please check with Paytm , if they have blocked your account for some reason .
We are certified by Master and Visa as a secure platform, we do not save any cards on our database .
Do not panic! Please go ahead and make another transaction. Any pending transaction where amount is debited from your account, is credited back by your bank in 7-10 business days. P
Your account may have been blocked from the bank’s end, please contact your bank for the same.
Please check if your KYC at the Paytm is pending , it will credited back to your MPL wallet if you don't complete your KYCs
It may take upto 2 business days for a UPI transaction and 3-4 business days for bank transfer to be reflected in your account. Do not worry, if the transaction fails at any point the money will be deposited back to your MPL wallet
If the withdrawal is marked success, we credit the same to your account. Due to technical errors at your bank end, there might be a delay with reflecting the amount. Please wait for 3-4 business days for the same, or raise the issue to the bank, with the details of the transaction that you can find in transaction history.
This is happens very rarely. We will credit your amount back to the winnings wallet if its pending at our end.
As of now for security reasons , you cannot change the Bank/ UPI account linked to your MPL account. You can write to our customer care team for the same.
If for a reason, there is a discrepancy with your credentials it can take upto 3 working days to complete the verification process.
We are increasing the withdrawal limits, but you will only be able to withdrawal 2Lakhs at a time .
You cannot withdraw the deposit/ MPL Coins , you can use this cash to win more money in MPL.

Coins is an internal currency that can be earned by performing tasks inside the app. Coins can be used to enter cash tournaments once earned. Note - Usage of coins varies based on games, contest type and entry fee
Deposit Cash is the cash you added to MPL wallet from your Bank Account / Cards
Withdrawal cash is the cash you have won inside the MPL app. You can withdrawal this cash anytime to your Bank Account.
Tickets are passes you can use to enter into a tournament for free.
You can earn tickets by 3 ways:
  1. You deposit money through a coupon which gives out tickets
  2. By registering into a tournament that gives tickets on successful registration
  3. By being a VIP member and getting 1 free daily ticket
You can see all your earned tickets under the “Tickets” section in the wallet
There are 5 kinds of tickets categories: Fantasy, Rummy, Poker, and Games and VIP tickets
No, you cannot use a particular category ticket in some other category. Fantasy tickets can only be used in Fantasy tournaments. Same for Rummy, poker and games as well.
Yes, the All games category ticket can be used in any game provided the entry fee for the tournament you are registering is less than the ticket value.
You will be able to see a tickets symbol for the tournaments that support tickets as registration.

A particular ticket can be used only once.
A ticket has an expiry date mentioned on it, till which it can be used.
As mentioned, tickets are passes you can use to enter into a tournament/cash lobby, instead of paying cash. If you use it to enter Points Rummy, you will not get a refund of the ticket amount or ticket based on your score in the game. The ticket can only be used once to enter. For eg: You want to enter Rs.1/point table in Points Rummy. It has a cash entry fee of Rs. 80. You also have a ticket of Rs. 10. Assuming the table has allowed tickets to be used, and you paid Rs. 70 via your wallet and Rs. 10 via ticket to enter the table. 2 cases can happen here:
  1. You Win: In normal cases where you have not used the ticket, you get back your guarantee amount (i.e. Rs. 80) and the winnings you gain from other players. In the case, where you used ticket to pay you will only get Rs. 70 back (i.e. the money you paid via wallet) and your winnings. You won’t get your ticket amount ot your ticket back.
  2. You Lose: When you lose, depending on points lost you will lose money. Money will first be deducted from ticket amount and then wallet amount. Lost Rs. 5: You get Rs. 70 (paid via wallet) back and nothing in ticket. Rs. 5 was deducted from ticket amount. Ticket expires once used. Lost Rs. 15: You get Rs. 65 back in wallet. Rs. 10 of total loss is paid by ticket amount and the remaining Rs. 5 is paid via wallet amount. Therefore, you get Rs. 65 back.
The VIP program is a 30-day subscription program that users can buy for ₹49 for the first 30 days and ₹99 for the subsequent months. They can avail multiple benefits like 2% extra winnings, Free Tickets, and exclusive events for VIP subscribers.
The users can buy the VIP Subscription through the VIP home page which can be accessed through the bottom tab/navigation. The amount will be deducted from your MPL wallet.
No, Bonus Coins will not be available for buying the VIP Subscription. The amount will get deducted from the deposits + winnings cash balance of the MPL wallet.
There are 3 benefits which the VIP Subscribers can avail for 30 days from the date of subscription:
  1. 2% extra winnings for games, fantasy, and Rummy. The 2% extra winnings is not applicable on Poker.
  2. Free tickets worth Rs 150 issued as a part of the program will be applicable across all games including Fantasy Sports and Card Games except Poker.
  3. Exclusive tournaments for VIP Subscribers
VIP Program can be subscribed for the first 30 days for ₹49 instead of ₹99.
VIP Program can be subscribed for the first 30 days for ₹49. Post 30 days, the program auto-renews if you have ₹99 in your MPL wallet.
The VIP subscription automatically renews post 30 days if you have a sufficient balance in your MPL wallet. If not, then you can add money and buy the subscription again.
The users can cancel their VIP Subscription by visiting the ‘Manage VIP’ by clicking on the ' ⚙ ' icon via the VIP Home page.
VIP exclusive tickets are free tickets issued as a part of the VIP Program. The tickets will be applicable across all the games including Fantasy Sports and Card Games except Poker.
There will be tournaments that will be specific to VIP Subscribers.
No refund will be given in any scenario for the VIP subscription but you can avail your benefits for the 30 day subscription period.

Yes, you can. In this case ₹5 will be deducted through the Daily Ticket and the rest will be deducted from MPL Cash.
VIP users can use the VIP ticket once per day only. Though, one can earn 2% extra winning any number of times.
Each MPL VIP membership account and its benefits can be used only by one registered user on a single mobile device at a time and may not be used in respect of multiple devices with a single registration.

Yes, you can showcase to others that you are an MPL VIP User. But don't misrepresent, identifying or promoting yourself as a MPL representative or using your status to solicit benefits in exchange for promotion/other benefits or at the threat of negative reviews on MPL will not be tolerated. If reports or evidence of such instances are brought to our attention, we reserve the right to delete your MPL account and ban you from the Platform, no questions asked. Acts that constitute as 'Solicitation' include: (a) Explicit/Implied agreement (written or verbal) for doing favors to others by virtue of the MPL VIP status with others in exchange for money, a free meal(s), drinks, etc. (b) Being a part of social media groups (e.g. WhatsApp/Facebook or any other social media platform) which offer incentives in exchange of activities promoted by you by virtue of the MPL VIP status.
MPL, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Bonus Program, may give a Discount on the Platform Fee and thus the Designated Amount shall be accordingly recovered from the User’s Cash Balances for every game.
