Rules & Game Elements
You are presented with a virtual 3D open ground which is the site to place the falling blocks. As soon as the game begins, the blocks start falling one after another. The moment the block appears on the screen you get to see its placement on the ground in green colour. If you are happy with it then you may allow the block to fall at the place, if not then you can swipe to rotate the ground itself and adjust the placement of the block. This game is quite similar to Bloxmash when it comes to fitting of blocks but unlike Bloxmash, in Build Up you swipe the ground and not the blocks.
The aim is to keep on fitting the falling blocks so as to form an even layer on the ground and score points. Avoid making tall blockings as there is a warning height and crossing it will end the game. There are no lives in this game or any power-ups and staying alive longer is the only way to score high. You need to score to a maximum to win prizes at the end of the tournament. Once you join a tournament, you can play as many times as you want and only the highest score submitted by every player will be taken into consideration. Players are rewarded on the basis of final rankings once the tournament ends.
How to Play Build Up
This game is available only in the tournament mode right now and you can play it by selecting Build Up game in the MPL app. Then you’ll be shown a number of tournaments. Select and join a tournament of your choice and once the fee is deducted, you can start playing the game. Play unlimited number of times to improve your score while the tournament is still live. Winners are rewarded as per the final ranking after the tournament. To join a tournament earn tokens or add cash to your account if you have downloaded MPL pro app.
Game Play/Controls: As the blocks start falling down you need to decide on its placement. You can swipe on the screen to rotate the ground and then let the block settle down. You can tap on the screen to make the block drop faster to the ground. Once you place a piece you earn points based on the number of blocks present in that particular piece. You need to make a complete even layer and clearing this layer earns you points. Clearing consecutive layers will earn you points in multipliers. Just be aware of the warning height and try to be as away from it as possible as crossing it will end the game. The warning level starts to display in red if your building starts towering; this is the time when you need to think quick and adjust the pieces and place them as low as possible and clear the layers beneath.

There are different types of pieces in this game which have their unique shapes and you need to understand how one will fit with other which is on the way. Your aim is to keep on clearing even layers (without any gap) and scoring as many points as possible.
Each piece is worth one point 
Clearing a layer gets you 9 points 
Clearing consecutive layers multiplies scoring
Scoring: Each piece has a number of blocks and those become the points. For example, if a piece has 4 blocks, you get 4 points after placing that piece down. Clearing a layer gives you 9 points. If you clear consecutive layers you points multiply accordingly.
Game End: Although there is no time limit in this game, there is a warning height. The game ends if you cross this level.

- Swipe quickly to decide on the placement of blocks depending upon its fitting with other existing blocks.
- Tapping will pull down the block quickly, so make sure that you are sure of it.

- Clearing 2-3 layers at a time is a good idea in terms of scoring high points.
- Join a tournament as per your skill level. Some tournaments are easy and less competitive.
